Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT Enterprise process your data on their shared cloud infrastructure. Staffinity runs inside your own dedicated AWS account. We also provide a fully managed service — we build, deploy, and maintain the agents for you — while Copilot and ChatGPT Enterprise are subscriptions that require your team to do the deployment work.

Staffinity offers a HIPAA-ready deployment option for healthcare clients, including PHI detection, circuit breaker controls, and Business Associate Agreements (BAAs). This is activated on a per-client basis after BAA execution.

Does Staffinity support FINRA recordkeeping requirements?

Yes. Staffinity offers a FINRA-supportive deployment option that includes verbatim conversation archiving in WORM-compliant storage meeting SEC Rule 17a-4(f), per-interaction HMAC integrity sealing, and 6-year COMPLIANCE-mode retention. This is activated via a FINRA Client Addendum.

Yes. Staffinity agents are provisioned as first-class Azure Bots inside your Microsoft Teams tenant. Unlike third-party connectors that send data to external platforms, Staffinity's agent is registered in your own tenant and enforces access through your existing Entra ID groups.
